Our drum machine line is complete line machine includes cutting, welding, forming, seaming, steel drum body production line and painting line. The middle step includes flanging machine, corrugating machine, beading machine, seaming machine, leakage testing machine, punch pressing machine, point welding machine and seaming welding machine. The whole equipment is automatic, controlled by programming controller. The feeding and transporting devices are driven by hydraulic system.

This is an automatic machine line with only a few manual working steps. It can produce steel drums with capacity ranges from 100 to 220 litres and type of open or tight. Steel plate thickness can be 0.8 to 1.2mm. The production capacity is 3 to 4 drums per minute. Its construction features are as follows:

safety operation, high automatic level, compact structure, easy maintenance, low metal consumption and low noise. This production line is ideal equipment for small and middle sized plants in producing steel drums and barrels

MDF MACHINE

Medium density fiberboard (MDF) with density of 450 to 880kg/cbm is made on the basis of wood fiber or other plant fiber by adding UF resin or the suitable adhesives. It is the nearest to the most extensive applications because it has smooth surface, uniform core layer, superior performance of machining and shaping at the surface and edge, and is firmer than natural wood.

This production line mainly consists of chip preparation section, fiber preparation section, mat-forming and hot-pressing section, cooling and trimming section and sanding section.

We also can supply MDF with thickness from 6 to 18mm.
